Order and payment
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you will soon receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact customer service at info@amado-store.nl.
Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Once an order has been placed, we will process it immediately. If you wish to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that the changes will be possible, we will do our best to assist you.
Why was my payment declined?

Shipping and delivery
What is the delivery time for my order?
Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Shipping time is 6-8 business days. Total delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your order.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?

Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days of delivery.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@amado-store.nl, providing details and sending photos of the issue. We will do our utmost to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm. We will also inform you whether your return has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
